  1. Product Analysis:
The Torque Loader uses several design principles and elements.

    1. Unity- The Torque is perfectly symmetric

    2. Color- The color of the loader is simple and elegant, also serving as a functional use because bright paint contrasts on a dark loader to discourage cheaters.

    3. Line- The Torque has several lines that are not necessary, but add to the elegance of the loader, putting it above some other loaders that have no lines or designs.
    a. also, uses fading lines that blend into solid form of loader as seen in front view and side view.
    4. Value/Contrast- Value is supported by the black loader/clear lid, which also serves functional purpose-seeing paintballs in the loader through the lid to see how much you have left.
    a. also, the feeding motor housing is yellow, a drastic change from black.

  2. Functional analysis:

Target audience is paintball players looking for a smaller, lighter, quick and relatively cheaper loader. The Torque met all of these, which happened to be my exact selling points on this loader. I am a happy customer!

This loader has a 440 pp motor which puts out 23-27 bps on gun. Capacity: 145 balls. Two buttons keep design simple and easy to use.

  3. Thanks for your analysis. You can edit your post after you've put it up to include this info directly! The ability to edit our posts lets us practice the very iterative design process we're focussing on :)
